Biography
Brent Wheeler is an associate at Hinden & Breslavsky, where he represents clients in a wide range of workers’ compensation-related matters. Brent’s goal is to see the world from his clients’ perspectives. He works to achieve this by taking the time to truly get to know his clients, understand their stories, and learn about their challenges. He then uses this understanding to build solid cases to help achieve his clients’ goals.
Brent sees his role as an attorney and guide. He strives to answer his clients’ questions, help them understand their legal rights, and ease any concerns they may have throughout the process. His clients—and their recoveries—are his top priority. When preparing for a difficult or complex case, Brent conducts thorough case preparation, compiling all necessary documents and evidence and consulting extensively with his clients. Based on the various unique factors involved in a given case, he is then able to provide his clients with personalized legal counsel and dedicated advocacy that is tailored to the unique concerns of each individual client.
Brent was born in New York but raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in business administration, he moved out to California to attend law school at Santa Clara University, School of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2018. He also earned a High-Tech Law Certificate with Intellectual Property Specialization that same year.
When he is not working, Brent enjoys all things sports-related, as well as creating and viewing art and listening to “way too many” podcasts.
