Dalia is an associate attorney at Hinden & Breslavsky. As a valued member of the firm, she provides caring and compassionate legal representation for injured workers throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Dalia truly cares about the well-being of her clients; she strives to build solid cases aimed at securing the maximum compensation her clients are owed so that they can focus on healing and recovering from their work-related injuries and/or illnesses. In fact, Dalia often advises her clients that their health is of the utmost importance. She encourages them to take good care of themselves during the recovery process so that their injuries/symptoms are not aggravated and allow her to gather the necessary medical records, evidence, and other documents required to support their claims.
Dalia was born and raised in Iran. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 18 where, due to her great interest in math and science, she pursue and obtained her bachelor’s degree in computer science. Eventually, however, she realized that her passion lay in the law, which led her to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2018. She also earned her Certificate in Intellectual Property.
Dalia is passionate about protecting and defending her clients’ rights. As an immigrant, she understands the immense importance of individuals’ constitutional rights, particularly those laid out in the First Amendment, and there is not a single day she takes living in the U.S. for granted. Dalia channels this same passion into her legal practice, fighting tirelessly for the rights of injured workers and their families. She views herself as more than just an attorney; she also strives to be a counselor and guide for her clients throughout each stage of the legal process.
In her free time, Dalia enjoys playing volleyball and ping pong, as well as watching Persian movies and The Godfather movies. She also enjoys watching Breaking Bad, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Sopranos, and Fauda on Netflix.
